Please read the details below to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible! 

BOOKING A SESSION

If you haven’t already done so, please book a session by following the link. Sessions are 20 minutes long and will be done at Goodes Hall on the 3rd floor. Book a session with Reem

INVOICE AND PAYMENT

Once you sign up for a session, I will send you an invoice with your payment information. Please make your payment by e-transfer to the email indicated on the invoice (reemgphotography@gmail.com).  Headshot sessions are $70. The payment is due 24 HOURS before the day of your session. If I don’t receive your payment by the due date stated on the invoice, you forfeit your chosen date and time and I will open up the time slot you chose for others to sign up. Receipt of your payment secures your chosen time and date. Please find the breakdown of the price in the invoice. By making your payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions presented on this page.

SELECTING YOUR PHOTOS + ADDITIONAL PHOTOS REQUEST POLICY

Each session runs for 20 minutes, which is fully dedicated to taking photos. If we finish early, you may use the remaining time to select your images, but please note that sessions cannot exceed the 20-minute limit as they are typically booked back-to-back.



Your session includes 5 edited photos. Clients may request additional photos and these will be billed at $12 each after the shoot. An invoice will be sent, and payment must be sent to me before the final images are delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel after making your payment, please do so by emailing me at reemgphotography@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the day of your session so I can open up the session for others. I will refund your payment in full via e-transfer if your cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to your session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to the time of your session, I will refund you $20 of the total cost.

To prepare for the shoot from beginning to end, please read the information below. 

Before the photoshoot:

• Please come promptly at the time you signed up for as sessions are back-to-back and they cannot go past their slotted times due to late arrival 
• Please come ready (makeup, hair, outfit, etc); a small mirror will be provided for quick touch-ups, if you need; I suggest your outfit be formal or business attire (i.e., blazer and/or dress shirt)

During the photoshoot: 

• Photoshoot sessions will last 20 minutes (including, short instructions, touch-ups, and preparation at the beginning of the session)
• I will take photos of you in 3-6 different set-ups (as seen in sample photos)

After the photoshoot: 

• You will receive 5 digital photos up to 2 weeks after your shoot day via an online gallery; they will all be edited by me. You will have 30 days after you receive the photos to download them before I close the gallery
• Reem G Photography has full ownership over the photos and has consent to use them for promotional or other purposes unless requested by client not to use the photos
• Photos can only be used for personal purposes (i.e., social media posts and profile pictures)
